Partner Operation Consultant

ZTL is a fintech company, positioned to take advantage of the opportunities given by the PSD2 directive, and challenge the banks’ domain on payments and remittances. Our ambition is to become the leading B2B payment platform in Europe. No less!

We are looking for a Partner Operation Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries from professionals/partners and will be in constant contact with superusers/partners, and banks. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, have 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, be computer-savvy, and proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities:

Handle inquiries from professionals/partners in a timely and efficient manner

Communicate regularly with superusers/partners and banks

Solve complex problems and provide solutions to partner-related issues

Work independently to manage partner accounts and ensure partner satisfaction

Collaborate with the team to improve processes and enhance the partner experience

Provide training and support to partners as needed

Requirements:

Fluent in English

2-3 years of experience in a similar role

Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer-savvy

Passionate, hard-working, and self-motivated

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to solve complex problems

Experience working with startups is a plus

A people person with excellent communication skills
