We now have over 100 employees within on/offshore and the number increases from week to week. The employees here work both on the Norwegian continental shelf and on land-based facilities. We are proud to be part of the supply of energy to the European energy market, which is especially important in the uncertain times we are in.
Our delivery mainly deals with mechanics, insulators, scaffolders, pressure testers and surface finishers. The employees work on a rotating basis and the majority of the employees come from other European countries than Norway. In addition to the employer's responsibility, we organize all the administrative work for the employees, including travel.
Kim and Cathrine at our on/offshore department in Trondheim have had a demanding period of rapid scale-up, which they have handled impressively. The on/offshore industry is a strategically important industry for Veksthuset Personal AS and we are pleased that our capacity is now being increased in this area.

Our newly hired HR coordinator Stine is 24 years old and lives in Trondheim. She is newly qualified in organizational psychology, HR and personnel management. The appointment is in line with our growth strategy of hiring more people with recent practical skills from college.
The education Stine has taken has a main focus on understanding the importance of well-thought-out and efficient use of human resources in everyday work, in addition to a broad knowledge of the achievement of organizational goals.
Stine is professional, reflective, ambitious and positive. She will be a solid representative of how we as a company want to present ourselves to both customers and our own temporary employees.
The appointment means that we will have increased capacity, both to continue and look after our employees in a professional manner, as well as to be prepared for the further growth within the industry.
