ACO Anlegg AS has several large projects underway, i.a. The Nordøyveg project together with Skanska, as well as the groundwork for Europe's largest land-based aquaculture facility. Own staffing was too small, triggering an urgent need for professional personnel such as machine operators, lorry/dumper drivers and foundation workers. Our mission has been to assist with staffing as needed for these assignments.

Long and good cooperation

According to the contractor's needs and wishes, we have hired machine operators/drivers and foundation workers over a 2-3 year period. Veksthusute ensures that hired machine operators, foundation workers and drivers have the right work clothes and equipment, and that all relevant courses and approvals are in place for each of those hired. Based on the customer's information, and the fact that we are tariffed by the Norwegian Workers' Union, it is a matter of course that all employees also have correct salary conditions and employment contracts.
