Veksthuset Personal is a personnel company that mainly works with staffing and recruitment to companies in Norway. We have customers in many industries, and several of the customers are solid, national players.

As a hired substitute from us, you get a secure employer with your own contact person. You are guaranteed tidy working conditions, as we ensure that you have a salary that follows the client's salary and tariff.

We also help you with other staff-related questions, and your contact person is just a phone call away. Through working with us, you have greater freedom of choice and flexibility about when, where and with what you want to work.

It is important for us to ensure that our employees are in a job they enjoy, and with an employer who takes good care of them.

You will be employed by us in a permanent position. We have the full employer responsibility for you.

Your salary is determined either by the tariff, or by the salary level of the client you will work for. This means that you have the same salary as an employee of the client has the same competence and experience. Furthermore, you have holiday pay, insurance and occupational pension.
