Veksthuset Personal is a personnel company that mainly works with staffing and recruitment for businesses in Norway. We have customers in many industries, and several of the customers are solid, national players.

As a hired temporary worker from us, you get a safe employer with your own contact person. You are guaranteed orderly working conditions, as we ensure that you have a salary that follows the client's salary and tariff.

We also help you with other personnel-related questions, and your contact person is only a phone call away. By working with us, you have greater freedom of choice and flexibility regarding when, where and with what you want to work.

You will be employed by us in a permanent position. We have the full employer responsibility for you.

Your salary is determined either by the tariff, or by the salary level of the client you will be working for. This means that you have the same salary as an employee of the client with the same competence and experience. You also have holiday pay, insurance and service pension.
