Veksthuset Personal AS has had 150 invoiced customers from January to October 2022. This gives an increase of 30 %. The customer spectrum extends from small local businesses to large national companies. 33 % of our customers have over 100 employees, and over half of the customers we have had for more than 3 years. The latter is an important part of our strategy, where we want to be a long-term strategic partner for our customers.

A long-term collaboration provides a better understanding of the business, which gives the customer a cost/benefit effect on our service. The better we know the business we work with, the better service we can deliver.
The answers also confirm our strategy with an increased focus on recruitment, where the proportion of customers who use recruitment as part of our business area has increased from 35 to 42 %.

- We carry out a customer survey every six months and it is an important part of our quality work. The autumn survey confirms that we deliver personnel services, which give our customers added value and we maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

It is very positive that we score highly in the areas we measure against our values; efficient, reliable, people-oriented and innovative.

We are happy to see that our increased investment in recruitment is yielding results, and that more and more customers are choosing to let us handle the recruitment for their company.
